Event Details
Learn to take control of your breath with ML Wahlfeldt of Intentional Breath. This 60-minute workshop combines information on anatomy and physiology as well as learning proper breathing techniques and several breathing exercises.
ML Wahlfeldt has been a certified breathing instructor for the last 7 years and works with corporate clients, cancer patients, teens, athletes, and families to experience the multiple benefits of proper breathing.
Please wear casual clothes for the class. Registration is required. This program is funded by the AgeOptions Library CARES ARPA grant.
