Let's explore the wonderful world of fascinators, the extravagant tiny hats and headbands that we love to see on royalty and the fashionably dressed. We'll discuss a little history, look at some fashionable photos, and make a fascinator headband to take home. Registration is not required, it's just to assist us in preparing supplies.
