For families 

Youth Services is once again sponsoring a Gingerbread House Contest for families with children of all ages. Submissions should have a footprint no larger than 18 by 18 inches. 

Ages 6 – 24 months with an adult

9:30 – 9:50am.

Stories, songs, and movement, supporting literacy development and learning in young children.

Ages 2 – 3 with an adult

We'll read books, sing songs, and move around, all to support early literacy and learning in a fun way!

For families with children ages 4 and up

Ages 2 – 3 with an adult

We'll read books, sing songs, and move around, all to support early literacy and learning in a fun way!

For ages 3 - 5 with an adult

Just like Bluey and Bingo, we'll be playing Keepy Uppy, Bus, Grannies, Shops and more! 

Get ready for games and crafts at this fun senior social hour from 10am to 11am. Decorate your own mini tote bag using paint and markers. Supplies will be provided but you may also bring your own supplies.

Ages 3 – 5 without an adult 

We'll share books, songs and activities, all to support early literacy and learning in a fun way! To promote independence, we encourage children to attend without adults.

Out of messy materials can come great art! Dress for a mess!

Ages 6 - 10

Children will learn basic culinary skills and kitchen etiquette as they measure, mix, cut, cook and eat puppy chow. Children must be able to attend independently. Allegen information available upon request. 

Calling all writers! Come read your written works in any genre and get feedback from the group. 

Ages 3 – 5 without an adult 

We'll share books, songs and activities, all to support early literacy and learning in a fun way! To promote independence, we encourage children to attend without adults.

Drop in for assistance with your computer, smartphone or other device at this weekly help session. 

Bring in your device and learn how to call, text, download apps, and take and share pictures.

Ask your questions and learn with others at this group tech help hour.

Ages 6 - 10

Meet up with fellow gamers to play a variety of new and classic Switch games!

Need community service hours? Volunteer to help with programs if you enjoy spending time with young children and are good at working independently. 

Registration starts Saturday, Nov. 9 at 9:00am.

Bring your taste buds and a bottle of water -- you'll need both as we sample a variety of chip flavors and vote on our favorites!

Ages 6 and up

All skill levels welcome to come and learn the game or get some practice!

Join us in the Teen Makerspace and get crafty. Either join us for the focus craft/ tutorial of the month, or take advantage of the makerspace tools for your own creative endeavors!

Whether you like Monopoly, Uno, or Smash Bros, a game awaits you in the Teen Room! We offer a casual environment to learn new games and play old favorites. We also welcome you to bring your own! 

Whether you are brand new to the world of tabletop roleplaying games or a veteran, join us to dive into a world of fantasy and test your luck and as an adventurer in a game of D&D 5e.

BYO needlework projects and stop by the Knit N’ Stitch with Jennifer Rodriguez and friends to enjoy conversation and crafting: crocheters, knitters, plus cross-stitchers and embroiderers welcome.  

Get introduced to artificial intelligence and learn how you can use it.

Join in on anime and manga fandom at the library, or come and find a new favorite!
