Have you ever done yoga moves to a favorite children's book? Brain to Belly Kids Yoga will teach us how! Please bring towels or mats for yourself and your child. 

Ages 6-10 

Children will learn basic culinary skills and kitchen etiquette as they measure, mix, cut, cook and eat each month’s recipes. Children must be able to attend independently. Allergen information available upon request.

Short Stories Discussion Group meets every 2nd Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Mary Nelson Room. Pick up short stories at the Adult Reference Desk on the second floor, one month in advance.

Need community service hours? Volunteer to help with programs if you enjoy spending time with young children and are good at working independently. We will meet at the Youth Services desk.

Ages 5-7

Do you love squishies? Make a paper squishy to take home with you! 

Join our beginner friendly tabletop wargaming club. We play Warhammer 40k 10e, and have a small selection of armies available to play. No experience or materials needed, but feel free to bring your own.

Whether you like Monopoly, Uno, or Smash Bros, a game awaits you in the Teen Room! We offer a casual environment to learn new games and play old favorites. We also welcome you to bring your own! 

Take DIY to the next level with free software Cricut Design Space.

Join OLCHS teacher Eric Kallenborn and friends to play Commander at a casual level of play. Feel free to bring a competitive deck or two with you. We’ll also have decks for you to use if you don’t have your own deck.

The stress of the day will melt away during this calming and centering session with Brain to Belly Kids Yoga. Please bring your own towel or yoga mat.

Test your tastebuds against an array of hot wings from the Hot Ones series while answering interview questions. Can you take the heat? *WARNING* Several of the hot sauces being used can be painfully hot, participate at your own risk. 

Get creative with advanced design features in Microsoft Word. Requires basic computer skills.

Come taste breads that originate from various cultures.  

The Alzheimer’s & Dementia Support Group provides an opportunity for family members, friends, caregivers, and others to meet regularly where they can share feelings, thoughts, and experiences.
